Sensory Integration Therapy

  • Senory experienceinclude touch , movement,body awareness,sight, sound,smell, taste and pullof gravity.
  • Theprocess of the brain organizing and interpreting this information is called senory integration.
  • For most children sensory integration develops in the course of ordinary childhood activities. But for same children, sensory integration does not develop as efficiently as it should when this process is disorded a number of problem in learning, development and behavior may become evident.

There are certain indicators however that can signal a parent that such difficulties may be present these includes:
